  1. I have a Companion Smart Harmony remote. I was able to program my TV (Samsung), My Roku Ultra and Andiod Box ( H96 Pro+)
And I might add it controls the devices just fine. The only issue I cannot figure out is after I have selected to run the Android Box, it turns the equipment ON just fine and I can navigate the box just fine. But when I go to switch to a different device, like say the Roku, the Harmony hub turns OFF the Android , but it also turns OFF the TV and the Audio Receiver? (system completely shut OFF)
I can at that time select say TV and all the right devices come on as should.
This happens when switching the Andoid OFF and going to the TV or Roku. I can switch between the other devices fine. Ideas? solution?

    1. It seems like there might be a conflict or a misconfiguration in the settings of your Companion Smart Harmony remote. Here are a few suggestions to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check Activity Settings: Verify that the activity settings in your Harmony remote are properly configured. Each activity should have the appropriate devices assigned to it. Make sure the Android Box, TV, and Audio Receiver are correctly associated with their respective activities.

Power Settings: Double-check the power settings for each device within the Harmony remote. Ensure that the power settings are set to control power on/off for the correct devices. Sometimes, devices may have similar power commands, leading to unintended actions when switching between activities.

Device Order: Verify the device order within the Harmony remote. The device order determines the sequence in which the devices power on/off during activity switches. Make sure the Android Box, TV, and Audio Receiver are in the correct order.

IR Interference: Ensure that there is no interference between the Harmony Hub and the devices. Sometimes, placing devices too close together can cause IR interference, leading to unintended power-off commands being sent to multiple devices simultaneously.

Harmony Remote Software: Use the Harmony remote software or mobile app to review and modify the device settings. Check if any conflicting commands are programmed or if there are any duplicate commands assigned to different activities.

Contact Logitech Support: If the issue persists, reach out to Logitech’s customer support. They have extensive knowledge of Harmony remotes and can provide specific guidance or solutions based on your setup.

Remember to have the model numbers and details of your devices ready when seeking support, as this will help the customer support team provide more accurate assistance.

By following these troubleshooting steps and ensuring proper device configuration, you should be able to resolve the issue with your Harmony remote turning off multiple devices when switching activities.
